Nanda Maliakkal is the President and founding Principal of GoLiveSystems. Nanda has over 25 years of Finance and Technology Solution implementations. As a Consultant for Hyperion Nanda has extensive consulting and project management experience with North American clients. Nanda holds a B.Comm Finance Degree and a Post-Graduate Software Development Diploma.
Don Hagell, Chief Architect & CTO
Don Hagell is the Chief Technology Officer at GoLiveSystems. Don Hagell is a very accomplished and talented Performance Management and BI/DW professional with over 15 years of extensive experience in all aspects of Technology including the Hyperion EPM suite – architecture to rollout. In role as Chief Architect, Don wears many hats and vets the Technical aspects of all GoLiveSystems implementations and initiatives, both client and internal. Don has Computer Engineering & Artificial Intelligence credentials from Sault College of Applied Arts and Technology and Algoma University.
Paul Smith, Director, Business Development
Heading up the Sales and Marketing division for GoLiveSystems, Paul drives the global corporate sales and marketing strategy. He brings more than 20 years of software experience to his role. Prior to GoLiveSystems, Paul held Country Manager and National Account Management positions at Ingres, Symantec, Veritas and Precise software companies. . Paul’s forte and successes have been in building market share locally and around the world.
Arthur Barabash, Head of PMO
As the head of the GoLiveSystems PMO, Arthur is responsible for defining and driving our implementation methodology. Arthur brings a wealth of experience in the areas of Project Management, Strategy, Finance and control. Throughout his career, Arthur has consulted on and managed large, mission critical implementations for a variety of clients, including Goldman Sachs, Bank of Nova Scotia, TD Bank, New York Life and Algorithmics, Inc. Arthur holds several degrees, including an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University) and a BA in Economics from York University, as well as being PMP certified
Larry Michieli, Advisory - Financial Solutions Board
As a member of the Advisory Board, Larry provides direction and advice to GoLiveSystems management on strategy and project execution. Larry has over 25 years of experience in Finance and Technology large scale initiatives. Larry has served as VP Finance at Rogers Publishing Ltd. and as VP Financial Systems at Rogers Communications Inc. and has used the Hyperion products since 1991. Larry is a C.A.
